We have design experience of the full range of housing types, on both large and small scale, and for many different types of client. In restoration and refurbishment our experience includes work on many listed buildings, Georgian town houses and barns.

We have for many years included sustainable, low energy, features in our proposals, large or small, and are familiar with contemporary standards, often exceeding their demands.

Recent commissions have included the design of the larger, high specification, one off houses in a special locations. The quality of design can be a factor in the gaining of planning permission. For instance the house in Salcombe obtained permission after appeal and the inspector commented on the design. This house was in a Protected Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and a Coastal Preservation Area.
